Garmont Endorphin boots
- Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
I have skied in these boots the past three seasons. I had a professional boot fitting done. They are easily the most comfortable, best performing boots that I have ever skied in. And my prior pair of boots was a pair of Rossignol racing boots (the KX) which were not too shabby.

When are these due to come in and what price will they be? And what is the last on them?

I keep a pair of BD fat skis with Fritschi bindings with friends in Park City for the occasional visit. I'm looking for a pair of boots to go with the skis and folks keep pointing me in the direction of Garmont. I would probably do 70% inbounds and 30% out with the occasional tour; 55 years old but still fairly aggressive skier. I need a fairly large toe box. Can anyone recommend one of the Garmont boots? Thanks in advance!
This boot looks like a good choice for you.....
Also have a look at the Dynafit Titan- TF-X......

How do you know if you are in the 20 or 25 degree ski mode ?
Great boots- all day comfort and built for business
I switched to these boots from a Lange WC 130 because I wanted the walk mode without sacrificing performance going downhill...steep and fast.
These boots have not dissapointed.
Took about 3 or 4 good days once they were heat molded to get them and my feet all together but I can easily spend a solid 8-12 hours in them without ever unbuckling them.
Performance on the down is not quite where my old Langes were but it's close. The 2 positions for forward lean give you options. I use the more aggressive forward stance (old comfortable habits die hard) and feel absolutely in total control over my skis in all conditions and terrain. Great Boots!!

what is the difference between the Adrenalin and Endorphin?
which one is stiffer and ski's harder?
The Endorphin has carbon fiber in the heel, while the adrenalin does not, making the endorphin stiffer and more responsive. I have only skied the endorphin and it skis way agro. I have tried both boots on for a side by side comparison, and the endorphin is much stiffer.

If you're got an extremely slim foot, they'll work - otherwise look for something else.
Anyone know the flex rating of this boot?...
Anyone know the flex rating of this boot? Has it changed from last year at all?
This is Garmonts stiffest AT boot. They call it an AT flex rating of 130. This flex rating is only relative to other AT boots in Garmont's line-up and shouldn't be compared to other manufactures boots. In comparison the Radium is a AT 120. Changes from last year are: Main difference is the liner. The 2009-2010 version has Garmont's new Rapid liner. Denser, non thermoformable foam on the sole helps prevent pack out. Also, it has more toe room, due to thinner and elastic foam in the toes. Difference in the shell are new buckles and new colors.
What is the foot bed material made of?...
What is the foot bed material made of? Hard Plastic? Shock absoring rubbber? Thanks.
The foot bed is pretty simple and is a close-cell foam. It can easily be replace with a custom or over the counter foot bed which should improve the fit and performance of the boot.
does this boot fit a wide flat foot?
does this boot fit a wide flat foot?
You might have to go to a boot fitter for adjustments. This is what I did for my Garmont Andrebalin. I was told that it has the same fit as Endorphin. The boots perfectly fit my foot now and comfortable.
I have been skiing the Adrenalin for 4 years and have a wide foot EE high instep and no arch and have never skied a more comfortable boot in 30 + years Write your answer here...
