As Garmont's burliest women's-specific telemark boot, the Elektra rocks both off-piste and on with awesome power and strength. This telemark ski boot’s tough Pebax shell and four lightweight magnesium buckles drive your super-fat boards through crud, mank, or on boilerplate without a sweat. Use the walk mechanism to secure the cuff into a 19 or 24-degree lean position, and leave the lever up for smooth walking. The women's-specific G-fit High thermo-moldable liner uses a low-volume shape for slop elimination and all-day comfort.

They are super warm and ridiculously comfortable. Don't want to take them off after a full day of skiing. Plenty of boot - I am 5'10" and 165 pounds and an aggressive skier.

Garmont boots typically fit a wider foot. My girlfriend cannot wear Scarpa's because they are too narrow but she has used Garmont Venuses and she liked them a lot more. As for sizing, according to the Garmont website they only go down to a 23 but you could always call them directly and find out.
