Sized for womens’ smaller boot, the G3 Women’s Targa T/9 elle Telemark Ski Binding provides ripper chicks with the same lightweight, high performance that hame made G3’s men’s models industry standards. This binding features an aluminum tow plate and heel tube that save weight without compromising durability, and a stainless steel toe bar for maximum strength under pressure. Fore and aft anti-ice plates prevent you boot/binding interface from getting wadded in adverse condition.
Bottom Line: A G3 classic, now available in women’s specific sizes and colors.

I'm looking for a binding that would would for an intermediate tele skier who sticks to the trial, but wants to start branching out into the back country.
Are these bindings right for that?

I have these bindings and they are awesome. I'm an upper intermediate skier, but I have had these from the beginning. Very active and responsive.
Also, If I have the 2007 Dawn Patrols can I just slap this

If I have the 2007 Dawn Patrols can I just slap this binding on right out of the package or do I need the inserts that came with the skis?

The K2 inserts on the skis (which I'm assuming yours have) line up with several brands of binding, G3 included. Once you decide where to mount, it's just a matter or a small Allen wrench and about 30 minutes assembly. Easiest thing in the world.

The T9 is made from different metal and is stronger and lighter.
