Love it!

Works great! Makes putting skins back on for that second/third/whatever lap so easy.

Just wish there werect letters on it because they start to peel off after while. Fortunately, my split board skins are short so I barely have to double back them.

Managing skins on the trail is totally painless with these. See video

It doesn't bother me to pay for a simple idea. The fabric and the function of this little gadget are totally worth it.

it works, though you could go to the thrift store and find an old pair of spandex pants and make your own for a buck. Really is nice on days when people are bitching about tearing their skins apart and you are putting your's on effortlessly . Did get a little bit of fabric in the glue, but not worried about it.

Is there some reason a quart-size ziplock bag wouldn't work? Does glue stick to that, but NOT this?

I'd work but not very well. The material this is made of is stretchy and more durable than a ziplock. Trying to tear skins out of a ziplock leaves people with chunks of ziplock stuck to their skins from what I have seen. It's also more breathable than a ziplock so your skins can start drying between runs or on the ski out.

The quantity says 1, but there should be two of these, correct?

I think it's 2. G3's website says pair, their instructional video shows 1 sack being used with 1 skin, and I got that confirmation from a backcountry employee when i used their live chat to confirm. I'd recommend double checking on it to be sure though.
