A legend among hard-charging freeskiing chicks.
As you slide your foot into the Full Tilt Women's Soul Sister boot, images of wide-open pow fields, pillow lines, and fresh groomers dance in your head. This hard-charging, freeriding, women-specific boot takes you to your happy place and adds to it with its Intuition Pro liner, Power Wrap technology, and women's last. With a boot flex of 6 out of 10, this medium-flexed boot offers maximum versatility and reliability in all conditions while providing a smooth, natural ankle motion to eliminate shinbang. Plus, if you want to change your flex you can easily swap out for softer or stiffer tongue (sold separately).
Full Tilt is known for its lightweight, minimalistic three-piece Original shell design; the Soul Sister features a redesigned version of the Original called the FTS Soul shell that incorporates a new modern toe box shape and replaceable rubber soles for non-slip walking. In addition, this smartly-designed shell with 99mm width eliminates the need for thick, heavy overlapping plastic or bolts, which helps cut down on weight. Thanks to its Infinite Pivot design, the rear cuff pivots forward with your calf without restriction for less shell distortion, no shin pain, and more control.
Designed with a woman's last the Intuition Pro Liner is molded around a women-specific last to anatomically match a woman's foot, ankle, and calf shape. For superb comfort, the Pro consists of an extra 4mm of open-cell foam for a warm, comfy feel that molds to your foot shape to eliminate pressure points, while its 7mm of high-density EVA closed-cell foam molds to your foot shape and transfers energy. Thanks to the Pro's Powerwrap design, you have an additional layer of ergonomically shaped high-density Intuition closed cell foam that wraps around the outside of the liner to provide added energy transfer and horsepower to the shell. This unique liner also has J-Bar technology, a J-shaped piece of foam that's added to both sides of the ankle areas to dramatically increase ankle hold to keep your foot in place for precise control. In addition, a thinner foam is used in the front of liner to increase space without sacrificing control in the rest of the liner for those with a wider foot or who prefer a little more toe room.
Equipped with an array of adjustment features, the Soul Sister features cables that wrap around the boot like a shoelace for even pressure and increased comfort while eliminating dead spots. Its new Widetrack Buckle system is engineered to increase precision and durability while maintaining on-the-fly single-handed micro adjustments. Its aluminum levers also feature a minimalistic, lightweight design. The front of the Soul's shell opens at a full 90 degrees to slide your foot in and out with ease in all temperatures.
Whether you're stomping ten-footers, railing turns through cruddy snow, or maneuvering down hardpack, count on the Soul's Active BootBoard (soft rubber layer in the sole of the shell) to absorb vibrations, impact, and shock for a smooth ride. For improved versatility, Full Tilt also gave the Soul replaceable rubber soles on the entire toe and heel to dramatically increase grip when you walk or hike. Overall, this sweet hard-charging boot provides comfort as much as performance without being a toned-down and girlified version of a men's boot.

Soul Sister Boots
- Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
I absolutely love these boots. A new pair always seems to bring about a love/hate relationship as they are amazing boots, but they are less than pleasant for the first few days on the mountain while breaking them in. Once they are broken in a bit however they are perfect. I would strong advise foot beds and taking them into a boot fitters so you can work out any problems sooner than later by heat molding. Definitely a stiff boot that is responsive and fun.
