I have good water proof sport watches (TAG) that I cannot wear because they turn my wrist black. I chose this as a sporty alternative, that wasn't digital. I have two small children, wear it everywhere (pool, bath-time, etc.) and I love it.
How waterproof is the watch and how long does it last. Tell me

Gave this watch [Black] to my Mom for her birthday. She loves it. She can't wear metal bands and wanted something stylish to wear that still could take some punishment from wear and tear. It turned out to be a great birthday gift. Now I have to peruse the site and find something to top it for Christmas. Thanks Backcountry!
