Sock it to me

  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
  • Fit: True to size

These socks are great. I bought my first pair in Yellowstone park and wish I had bought all they had. I love to wear them hiking or even just around the house. Get these socks and you will love them.

Soft breathable socks.

  • Gender: Male
  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

These are a great pair of mid weight socks, the padding makes them comfortable for all day use ive worn them hiking, biking, running, and casually and been very pleased. Manage moisture well and retain shape. size 9.5 shoe large fits great.

Soft

I typically hike in sandals, so I don't need plenty of hiking socks. These kept my feet cool and comfortable while walking around a scout camp in July in Georgia.

Nice socks, not for a hard Winter though

These are pretty good socks for the price, although are not very thick. I don't thick these would be very warm in Winter if you don't have good shoes/boots, but overall I'm satisfied.

Stay UP.

Love my Fox River socks. I use them for Running, biking, and have a few ski pairs too. They hold up after multiple washes, and unlike merino they don't get stiff and itchy. They are a mid-thick sock, so if you are looking for thin, these aren't them. But I wear them all summer and my feet don't overheat. Highly recommend these socks.

Are they enough tick to keep your feet warm?

Not too bad

Was able to get these on sale so thought I would give them a try. Admittedly, my first time wearing these socks were with a new pair of boots, so not sure whether it was the socks or the boots, but I ended up getting some pretty bad blisters on my heels. The socks are nice, but these are not for you if you are looking for a thick pair of hiking socks. They are a nice medium weight sock and I think they will be great once I get the boots properly broken in.

Just what I wanted.

I wore these socks for the first time today and they were everything I had hoped for. The padding makes them very comfortable when on your feet all day, the wicking properties made them feel good even at the end of the day. Of course having shoes that allow the socks to breath is important too.
I'll be buying more, especially at this price.

Awesome Socks

Just finished a hike in the Franklin Mountains, El Paso, TX. Temp was close to 80 and Sunny. These socks are awesome, I was wearing Asolo boots, feet didn't get real hot no blisters what so ever. I was just back on the site and was about to order a couple more pair in different colors.
