I bought these for my wife. It was her first time skiing and I was worried about her being cold. She had no complaints at all. She liked the look of um too. Great socks

Ordered these socks for my daughter - first ski trip they fit well she stayed dry and warm. they also wash very well!

I have several types of Fox River socks, mostly for wicking sweat and walking a lot (nicely padded). I didn't know these existed until I found them at backcountry.com. I needed socks to wear inside of snow boots and bought these because they were Fox River and like my others these had zero wool. The first day I wore my boots with only sock liners (because I had trouble getting my feet in the boots!)and my feet got really cold. The next day I put these socks on and shoved a little harder getting the boots on (perfect fit once in!) and my feet were kept at a much more comfortable temperature. I had some doubts that they would do much to warm my feet since they aren't very thick, but they did great and felt nice and soft on my feet.

My husband is in the army and wears Fox River socks, and I love them, but I didn't want boring green. So, I found these! I have feet that are cold often, but still sweaty. These are great at wicking, and keeping my toes warm! They are also cheaper than some other socks out there, I totally plan on buying more!

Fun stripes! Love 'em with clogs and jeans. Got the aqua and the blue stripes. Haven't used them with ski boots, but they're great with clogs and work boots. Was wary about the wool content, and they do itch slightly at my ankles. Solution: Aquaphor on the ankles before I put my socks on, and that protects ankles from wool.

I know these are ski socks, but I wear them everywhere- I absolutely love the stripes and bought both the pink and the blue. They fit well, perfect height for the ski boots. They're mid-lightweight I'd say-- a little thicker than my thinnest ski socks, but not bulky at all. Cool snowflake graphic detail too. Buy one, buy two- you can't go wrong.
