Slip your feet into the Fox River Women's Endurance Socks and give a little green to your kickers. These lightweight performance socks feature recycled polyester and Ingeo fabric, which is a man-made material derived from 100% natural, renewable resources like corn—how's that for a paradox? This fabric blend wicks moisture, resists odors, and breathes well, so your feet will love it. Fox River engineered the Endurance Socks with a cushioned sole for comport, spandex at the arches for support, and a dimensional knit to fit the contours of a woman's foot.

Comfy comfy!

  • Familiarity:I've put it through the wringer
  • Fit:True to size

I wore these for the better part of a two week stay in Squamish. They are so soft on the inside, making for a very comfy feel. I think they are great for long approaches and hikes. Light enough to be breathable, but substantial enough for long-term comfort. After buying a few styles by Fox River, I'm a huge fan. Now when I'm looking for socks, I search for their brand directly.

Awesome

  • Familiarity:I've used it several times
  • Fit:Runs small

The socks provide excellent cushion and fit my feet well (petite feet). They are the right height on the calve and don't bunch up or fall down. I ordered smalls and they fit very well, but again I have tiny feet (size 6), so they may run a little small.

Wonderfully comfortable

I love the feel and fit of these socks. I have washed them several times and they have not shrunk. Which is a good thing since finding socks that fit is a big problem. I also like the fact that they don't itch. Overall they were a great buy!

    Comfortable and a good height

Like another reviewer, I added a pair to get free shipping -- and I'm pleasantly surprised. My boyfriend has some Fox River socks that he likes, so I thought I'd try a pair of my own.

The socks are quite comfortable. I like the extra cushioned areas in the toes and heel -- the areas that always wear down first -- and I like the arch support which is not too tight.

I also like the height of the socks, which are perfect for in a hiking boot when I want to wear shorts.

Can't say much about the wicking properties since my feet aren't all that sweaty, but part of the sock's comfort comes from its breathability.

I am picky but I love these for road running

I got these to fill out an order and get free shipping, but I have worn them running every day since! (They seem to keep my feet warm and dry, or at least warm when wet. Now I want to buy more.
Whoops, I am talking about the anklets. But these are the same, just taller.

Okay - I don't think they are for running

I bought these because I was searching for running socks. They are very nice, but I found them to be more of a hiking/trail running sock. They were too thick for regular running (unless you prefer very thick socks). I wouldn't wear them running, however am keeping them for hiking.
