32 Float 27.5 100 CTD FIT Fork - 2015

A cult classic with XC racers due to its lightweight design, the 2015 FOX Racing Shox 32 FLOAT 27.5 100 CTD FIT Fork provides smoother travel and improved dampening over the previous generation. FOX's redesigned Kashima coating provides a buttery feel with enhanced small-bump compliance, courtesy of a new low-friction coating and smoother base anodizing.

Like previous iterations of FOX's Factory series forks, the FLOAT uses a FIT damper for robust, ultra-reliable performance. Standing for Fox Isolated Technology, FIT seals the damper fluid within an airtight bladder, eliminating the chance of contamination for reliably smooth performance.

FOX retains its Climb, Trail, Descend (CTD) dampening adjustments, but they're slightly revised, with seven sub-settings within the Trail mode. This translates to better low-speed compression adjustment, allowing you to fine-tune the fork's feel for an ideal balance between suppleness and support. Climb and Descend compression settings remain unchanged, allowing you to practically lock it out on long uphill sections under Climb mode and run it plushest in Descend mode.

Note that the 32 FLOAT 27.5 100 CTD FIT Fork is optimized for cross-country bikes with 27.5-inch wheels. It sports a 1.5-inch tapered steerer tube, with a 15mm quick-release thru-axle for ample stiffness out front.
