Nice Gloves, Descent Protection
Don't expect these glove to save you in a harsh fall, as the material/padding is rather thin and soft. They do however provide excellent ventilation on hot days.
Good gloves, nice for hot days
Fit awesome, a little bit tough to get on and off but they will stay on and are comfortable. Not much padding but will be great for rides on hot summer days due to smartly planned ventalition, should be tough only had them for a couple of days but feel like they should last for a while.
Love the fit & protection this glove gives you. Thick but breathable back panel Spandura makes it perfect for Spring & Fall rides. Terry cloth to dry your forehead & finger grippers hug your levers going downhill. I recommend it!
Just got these gloves the other day and took em out the very next day. Very breathable, nice snug fit. Measured for an M but i ordered a L fit awesome. No Velcro cuff is nice. Not a lot of padding but saved my hands once so far definitely recommend!
I've been using Fox gloves for 7-8 years now. They last a long time (I was them after every ride), look good....'nuff said. I usually get the Sidewinders but these Attack gloves were dirt cheap (I refuse to pay more than $20 for gloves). These don't have the same level of padding as the Sidewinders but other than that they work great. To clarify, the Sidewinders don't have padding either....but it does have reinforcement in more sensitive areas of the palm. For the price, you can't complain.
Fox Attack Gloves
For the Price I would not recommend.
All there Good For is a Sunday Ride not much protection.
Also sizing is on the small size.
I gave my pair to my wife to do the Gardening that's all there good for.
No silly strap to mess with. Great for my commute and my mountain ride. Been going strong for almost a year!
Oh ignore the sizing chart and get the size you would normally get. Chart said L, but that was too small.
I like these gloves a lot, they have done me good in my first xc race. When i was flying through the downhill you get very nice ventilation cooling your hands. All i need now is new grips because mine suck and are ripping and are loose which causes some discomfort at time. But these gloves rocks.
Favorite gloves so far, until I ruined them!
I've ordered alot of gloves from chainlove/backcountry/huckandroll, and these are my favorite. I prefer no velcro strap. They are comfy, cool, and they protect well. I ruined my right glove in an on asphalt wipeout and tore up the knuckles pretty bad, but my hand was fine. Time to order more!
watch the sizing
This is a pick your favorite day glove. Not for cold actually since I don't find them too hot middle of summer. That said, if you have a wide hand you'll need the next size up, or at least L to XL like me. Now even, one glove's wrist tab reaches only half velcro contact (could be bigger). Now I wouldn't want to sew these things. I can hear the whole sweatshop moan when it's tasked for a run of theses gloves. To make from scratch it'd cost you time-wise hundreds of dollars. Still, the :"wavy fitting" ordeal was dealt swiftly by BC but cost a star.
Great warm weather glove
Perfect for warm weather riding. Nice, snug fit. A little hard to get on and off, but that doesn't bug me at all. Good ventilation means that these will get a lot of miles this summer, but they definitely not for cooler temps. Would definitely buy these again.
Pretty darn good
Overall these are really good gloves. They breathe well and the cloth over the thumb is very useful for wiping away sweat from my eyebrow. They don't have any padding on the palms, so unless your grips have good padding you'll probably want something else.
How is the padding on these gloves?
How is the padding on these gloves?
There really isn't any. It's just the silicone palm material, they're very lightweight.
got em love em
got these for trail riding, they fit snug and after you get them on they're like a second skin. Great feel, cool and enough protection to get the job done. I have wiped sweat with them, mud dogged in them, and being a sythetic leather palm took the chance and threw them in the wash, came out like new! Simply great gloves. When its cookin here in Texas these gloves don't roast your hands. I plan on a heavier pair of Fox gloves for winter. Fox Racing you have earned a customer!
Just what I needed - Simple, Quality Gloves
I was super-stoked when I got these gloves - they were just what I wanted! Simple, lightweight, durable and comfortable. These are my go-to dirtjump gloves, because they give me great grip and fit snugly. While I use my Fox Racing Digits for most long or gnarly rides, I always have my Attacks in my Camelbak for backup. For buzzing a quick singletrack loop or sessioning the park with friends, the Fox Racing Attack gloves are perfect. The elastic wristband has been great and has yet to stretch-out too much - no worries there. The size chart is right on point, so just measure accurately and you'll be all set.
Loving the attack gloves so far. They don't have velcro straps and the cuff is elastic. Very easy to get on and off. Not having the velcro is nice because once they're on you don't have to worry about your gloves the whole way down. They breathe incredibly well and the terry cloth is clutch when you need to get rid of some sweat. Combine these with sunglass wipe on the inside of the Fox Racing attack jersey and you're good to go!
Is the cuff elastic? I didn't see any...
Is the cuff elastic? I didn't see any annoying velcro strap in the pic!
Yes the cuff is elastic - mine just arrived in the mail, and they are great. There is no velcro wrist strap on the Attack Gloves - for those looking for a similar glove with the velcro wrist strap, check out the Fox Racing Digit Bike Glove. I measured my hand and ordered a large based on the sizing chart's recommendation - they fit true to size.
