Awesome jacket. I just moved to a ski resort and bought this jacket as my snowboard jacket. It is super warm and I don't have to bulk up underneath which is awesome.

Yes it has an internal drawstring so you can snug it up and keep the weather out.

I'm not sure what you want to know by "fill", if you mean the insulation used, it is goose down. This is a super warm jacket.
