These bars work
I got the chocolate PB and Cranberry bars, and I have to say, they work. If I eat an early breakfast, I am hungry by 11, but if I have a bar, I won't notice it is past lunch until almost 2 PM.
Sometimes I eat one after work, before a run, and I don't even notice dinner hunger. They ROCK!
I think the Chocolate PB bars work better, and taste better, but that is just me.
Also, they are about the size and texture of a Quaker Chewy bar - for reference.
