They are, they are also made to flex truer for woman as well. Here are our sizes Small: Women’s boot size: 4-8 and Mediums: Women’s boot size: 8+ The woman's version of this binding is the Keeper.

these are by far my fav pair of bindings i have ever had iv ridin burton and raidens allot through my years of riding and fourm bindings are by far the best they have a mellow lean on the high back unlike Burton with the gnarly forward lean they seem to be built pretty sturdy nothing to flashy or complicated the padding isn't bad either
it depends on what it is, but usually it does
