Ive worn this Jacket in all conditions: Sunny groomers, below zero, rainy BC days, powder backcountry days and its Perfect for them all. The fit allows for layering underneath when its cold and the jacket alone is a great layer when traveling uphill. The pit zips provide good ventilation and the pockets are large enough to store everything from your skins, to your lunch, to the end of the day chairlift beer. The colors are great too!

I teach avalanche courses, backcountry ski, play in the snow, and live in AK. I need a jacket that does these things too, and the FlyLow Masala has yet to let me down! The first time I wore it I was unexpectantly caught in a winter storm with 65+ mph winds and crazy blowing snow. My softshell ski pants were soaked, but I was totally dry on top because of the Masala. I have worn it in Alaska rain storms, snowstorms, and anything else I need great protection. It never fails me. It fits well, has lots of great functional pockets for all my little things. I love the long sleeves that never let the snow in and the full hood that fits over my hat or helmet if I need it. This jacket works whenever you need it and looks good too!

Bomber is an understatement

Does the Masala jacket run small? I'm 5"7 and 135pounds, normally wear a medium in ski jackets. I want to be able to layed under the jacket -- fleece, zip-up, or vest.

Great jacket for touring. Layers well, waterproof, breathable, provides a wind break. Large hood fits over helmut. Pit zips for up-hill climbs. And I like the bright color for visibility.
