Description

Slice and spice it up with ginger.

Hardcore ski mavens look for a stormproof pant for their snow adventures, but they won't turn their noses up at good looks. The FlyLow Women's Ginger Pant is packed with high-tech performance features but doesn't compromise rockstar flair. Weather-resistant DWR, fully taped seams, and pow-defying gaiters keep the cold and wet at bay. An athletic, feminine fit that won't bind or billow plus articulated knees and anti-swampy crosswind vent system keep you fine-looking and free-moving.

  • Nylon dobby Intuitive with Level 5 Dupont DWR provides protection against cold, wind, snow, and wet, and breathes so you're not swampy
  • Fully taped seams keep out drips and drafts
  • Cordura reinforcements in knees protect this high-stress area for better, longer wear
  • Women's fit accommodates an athletic figure and features jeans-like pockets on the rear for a tailored look; belt loops and hidden waist tabs keep the pant up
  • Articulated knees allow natural, nonrestrictive movement
  • Inner and outer thigh zippered vents let you get a cross-breeze for serious cooling-down on hikes and high-output shred sessions
  • Internal stretch gaiters keep snow and cold from creeping into your boots
  • YKK zippers resist freeze-ups and leaks
  • Four pockets secure your essentials right where you want them

Functional and cute...

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
  • Fit: True to size

...two things every girl wants in ski pants! These have a great fit and look great too! The ventilation zips keep you cool while hiking and are on the inner and outer thigh. Definitely need extra layers underneath when the temperature drops. Durable cuffs and knee reinforcement. These pants do saturate in really wet conditions, however. The PNW has put these through the wringer and for what you get in breathability and stretch you lose in waterproof. Otherwise, love 'em!

Love everything about them

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times
  • Fit: True to size

I have been on the search for the perfect ski pants for awhile, finally I have found them. I love these pants. I got the coral color, which is beautiful. They have an adjustable strap on the waste and fit very well. The fly buttons up instead of snapping so I don't have to worry about my pants coming undone on the lift. They are very waterproof, work for ski and snowboard boots and are super comfortable. I could go on and on, but you should just get them for yourself.

Solid Pants

  • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift, but have feedback to share
  • Fit: True to size

bought these pants as a gift, this is what my girlfriend had to say about them, "I absolutely love these pants. Finally a ski pant that will fit properly but is not tight and will allow room for movement. I love how super tough they seem to be made and should last me years to come".

Perfect For Me

I bought these pants after buying another brand and not liking them. I got the Ginger pant in "navy", size medium and they are the nicest uninsulated pants I have ever worn! I am 5ft 4 inches, and weigh 135 lbs. I have a smaller waist, more narrow hips and muscular thighs, and wear size 30W x 30L in a mens workpant. These pants are borderline too big for me, although I could wear an expedition weight base layer underneath and still get low. The fabric is burley, which is essential for the crags and trees of New England, and the cut and features are simple and well considered. I also want to say that the color "navy" is really what I would call "french blue". It is absolutely gorgeous! I have always liked FlyLow as a company, and like supporting an outfit that knows how to style for domestic tastes and conditions, and terrain.

Dog hair magnet

I love flylow - but I don't dig the fabric of these pants. They attract and highlight every speck of dust and dog hair in town. I gotta return them.

maybe you should spend more time on the hill,( snow) than romping with Fido. Strangest reason to return a ski pant I ever heard ??

GREAT ski pants!

  • Gender: Female
  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I bought these pants after having someone tell me they loved them. After I bought them I loved them too! And then a friend of mine bought them, and she loves them too! They are a great fit, especially for women with normal to long legs. The material is rugged and can put up with any kind of wear or tear or weather. I know they will keep me protected from all the elements whatever snowsport I chose; from backcountry skiing to resort skiing, to adventure sledding, to hauling my firewood through the snow!
And best of all they have a great female fit that makes them functional and look good too!

GREAT ski pants!

Hi! I'm about to order a pair of Ginger (and jacket Masala) from Australia to Sweden, can't find them anywhere else in the colour I want :) Not sure about what size to order, usually a medium but from the info I've got I think large in jacket. I'm 5?9 / 175 cm 143 lbs / 65 kg and since you mention the pants a good fit for long legs a medium perhaphs is enough? Super grateful for all help I can get and also regarding the jacket if you have it as well. Greetings from Stockholm!

Fly Low Rules!!!

  • Gender: Female
  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I love my new ski pants. They're stlyish and get the job done - Fly Low rules. I especially love that it's a local Colorado company. Highly recommend to in-towners or out-of-towners!
