Lighten your ride and increase your performance with the Team binding from flow.

Advanced materials and convenient entry make up the lightweight Team binding from Flow. By reducing weight and offering advanced support the Team binding is for the rider who wants to ride faster and jump higher than they ever have before. The carbon fiber highback has an amazing strength to weight ratio and offers unreal responsiveness. A one of a kind magnesium baseplate is extra stiff and keeps the weight down to lighten your entire set up. Flow's unique approach to snowboard bindings is complimented by the newly designed Power Strap found on the Team binding. Real time ease of entry and exit meets space age materials for unreal response and weight savings.

overall very good

Very good, very stiff, but you MUST take time to set it up properly. Once they are set in you WILL feel the difference, and keep at it until the board is behaving the way you want. Unfortunately, you MUST do that at home because it is pretty impossible to do this on the slopes, unless you want to waste half a day or so. Major drawback: the binding-to-board screws are pretty weak and tend to sheer off easily (both head and body, but maybe I am unlucky). Also, if you ride slopes a lot and take lifts a lot, your carbon back will take a hammering when you go queuing or against any division put in place to segregate the riders onto chairs, and that does my head in. Overall, the carbon looks good, but I have heard many people saying that in extreme cold it tends to split, hasn't happened to me. A last worry, more often than not you will go to extreme "yoga like" position to get into your bindings, which can be annoying (freeride or backcountry). But for sure when it is dialed-in you forget about it and you grin all the way down baby!

The best binding going

These bindings are worth every penny. I have these and the Pro FR’s, and they are the best binding I have ever ridden. These have all of the advantages of Flows with none of the disadvantages (weight). They are light, very responsive and comfortable. They are also super customizable. One thing to know is that if you are going to customize them, do it in the comfort of your house, the pins used to keep the hardware in place are a pain to get off and on (the up side is that its nearly impossible lose your hardware). If you are looking for the best binding made, this is it.
