The Flow NXT FX Binding will take your freeriding to the next level. This big-mountain, technical freeride binding features a stiff nylon highback for superior response. Whether you point chutes or carve huge turns in the back bowls, you'll experience a fine-tuned ride without the rigid feel often associated with aluminum bindings. This is because Flow placed low durometer EVA pads on the forged aluminum baseplates to increase dampening and heighten board feel. The FXT FX Binding's Direct-Flex Powerstrap gives you plenty of support, and four locking MINIratchet Buckles accommodate all boot types.
Bottom Line: If you live for big mountain riding, the Flow NXT FX Bindings are for you.

Even after I torqued them down I couldn't seem to get these bindings to do any of the work for me. Wore my poor little feet out. The back entry system wasn't my style either. I guess just weren't the bindings for me.

Well I love Flows. This is my second pair and my first ones never let me down. In the spirit of upgrades, I ordered NXT-FX's for myself this christmas as my girlfriend is broke and bought me nothing and my parents got me a silly sweater like they always do.
Well right out of the box I was disappointed as the mounting hardware was too short to grab the threads of the board inserts. I had to use old mounting hardware. Someone either swapped the hardware at the shop or they came like that from Flow. Either way, I was bummed. Secondly after only one half day of riding them, three out of four front pods were gone. Yes gone. I'm not sure where they went but they are gone. So I had to call it quits.
On the upside, the runs I did with the bindings operational were superb. The bindings were easy to get into, felt comfy yet responsive and they flex nicely. They feel like twin strappers without the inconvenience of bending over. When I get new hardware and new pods, these bindings are going to be a 5 for sure.
