Not that happy

I only have one day of riding with these and I'll have to say I am not very impressed. If I had not already thrown box away I would be returning these.I have found I get an unacceptable amount of heel lift on toe side turns. I have ratched down the bindings to where they are very uncomfortable on feet yet still have quite a bit of slop and play. I am a free riding type rider who enjoys constant contact through my feet to board and these do not give me that. I will give them another shot someday but for now I have replaced them with a pair of K2 Cinch CTX's. Same step in feature as Flow but K2 strap system allows me to create more comfortable and tighter/stiffer contact with board. Hope this helps.

I have the same bindings and I am not experiencing the same heel lift as you are. I love the bindings...sounds like we do the same type of riding. My advise to you or anyone getting the flows, don't give up on them so fast. One of the things about flows is that they do take a little longer than traditional binding to get dialed in...keep tinkering with them, it took me the first day of riding to really get them dialed in, now...perfect everytime.

Diggin-em...from old-school Schimano Clickers to this....very fluid transition. Got the entry/exit thing dialed in after a couple of runs. Highly recommend them.

would these go good with a ride dh?

It depends what kind of riding you're doing with your dh, as that's a pretty good board for all different stuff. This is a stiff binding, so if you're riding steep lines and dropping cliffs then I'd say yes. If you're building jumps in the backcountry or riding all around I'd say maybe. If you're riding park I'd say no way jose.
I had some flow nxt at bindings and I liked them but they aren't very responsive. I like ride binders better now.
