When it comes to getting the goods on a powder day, it can be survival of the fittest out there. Luckily, you have the Flow Darwin ABT Snowboard to keep you afloat where others are sinking and help you charge down your favorite lines before gapers slip-slide them into oblivion. A highly evolved form of the pow-specific board, the Darwin is a new species that can conquer groomers just as well as snow-filled tree stashes.

Two-piece Augmented Base Technology (ABT) features damping towards the tail of the board to improve tracking in powder and reduce vibrations in choppy snow. The Pow-Cam profile uses camber underfoot for pop and drive, with a long rockered nose for effortless float in powder and flat sections between the bindings and near the tail for stability and forgiveness. Kush-Control Premium dampening integrates different durometers of urethane into the sidewall, topsheet, and base. Harder urethane in the sidewall is fused directly to the wood core to improve pop and maximize edge hold, while softer urethane in the topsheet and base add flexibility, absorb chatter, and increase durability.

New this season is the Pop-Lite core, which is formulated with a blend of poplar wood and microcellular poly-urethane foam to enhance pop and dampening while reducing overall weight. The veneer wood topsheet and bamboo sidewalls boost eco-friendliness while adding a crisp and more lively feel. Power is distributed evenly through Quadrax glass, resulting in an consistent and responsive flex, and carbon stringers running vertically down the board improve energy transfer and precision while keeping torsional flex loose for a surfy feel in pow. Graphite is blended into the sintered base to increase durability and make it more wax-absorbent for long-lasting speed.
