Five Ten took the Anasazi VCS, one of the most popular high-performance climbing shoes in history, and made them even better with the addition of Stealth Onyx Rubber. Apparently making a shoe that has climbed 5.15, V15, and countless other cutting-edge sport climbs and boulder problems wasn't enough for Five Ten. The Anasazi VCS is just stiff enough for precision edging, soft enough to smear well, and goes on in seconds thanks to VELCRO® closures. I dig the new Anasazi VCS. I'd recommend sizing down 1-1.5 under what your foot measures up to at a shoe store. I've had a pair 2 sizes smaller and they were a little too tight. Rubber is super and uber-durable. -Peace

The Anasazi's are the best all around shoes out there. They can toe in really well, as well as provide a very sticky heel hook. If you need a shoe that will always do the job the Anasazis are the way to go.

The heel cup on the anasazi is a little big for me. Theres dead space between my heel and the cup even though my toes are scrunched and the rest of the shoe fits. The shoe has even come off on a couple of heel hooks. I've heard five tens tend to smell more that other shoes too.

Great edge, super sticky, perfect fitting. The hook-and-loop closure is nice for quick in and outs. My favorite shoe. Period.

Love the Anasazis. They work great on all type of rock. I would find it difficult to switch shoes. Highly recommend
