First FITS sock the wool

  • Familiarity:I've used it several times
  • Fit:True to size

This is my first purchase of FITS socks. I love smartwool socks and I have some of the wool feetures, so I thought I'd give these a try. While I'm still partial to the smartwool, the FITS fit just as well and the fabric is super-comfy during the run/ride and afterwards. Mine are a bit plain, but that's probably just because -- well -- I bought the plain ones. I'll probably be buying these whenever I see them on sale. I didn't have the sizing problems described below.

be careful on sizing...

  • Gender:Male
  • Familiarity:I've used it several times

This sock has what the manufacturer calls a "full contact fit"with a pronounced cupping in the heel. Since I ordered my "normal" size (large) without verifying the sizing the socks I got have a "very full contact fit". Other than the tight fit, I have no issues with the socks.
