From the office to the outdoors.
The Filson Mackinaw Field Leather Watch is a master class in fine craftsmanship and rugged elegance. Handcrafted in Shinola's state-of-the-art Detroit factory, the Mackinaw is sophisticated enough for the classiest settings, yet tough enough to handle the demands of the field. The stainless steel case is brass PVD-plated for a classic look, and an anti-fingerprint coating keeps it clean. The scratch-resistant sapphire crystal case has an anti-reflective coating so you can still read the time when the sun is high overhead. Saddle-grade bridle leather is tough as nails, yet smooth as a baby's bottom. Swiss Super LumiNova marking makes it easy to read the time in low light. Whether you're duck hunting or leading board meetings, the Mackinaw is at home on your wrist.

Filson and Shinola are both reputable brands with a focus on quality, craftsmanship and longevity. I'm a watch guy and this one has climbed the ranks to be my daily time piece. It beat out the Suunto Core, Fitbit Surge, Triwa Falken and a few others to reign supreme on my wrist. The leather band has worn in nicely and has that character that you can only find in real leather. it loosened up slightly after a few weeks of wear and has become SUPER comfortable Overall, I couldn't be happier and look forward to rocking this time piece for years to come.
- Familiarity: I've used it several times

I've got a small wrist, but this still fits well without being oversize. Quality watch, with great attention to detail and character. Big fan of Shinola Detroit made story and the collaboration with Wilson is one I couldn't pass up. The band was a little lighter color than the picture represents. I purchased the blue version and ended up purchasing a blue rubber strap from Shinola so I could wear it with just about any color. Pricey, but built to last and hope to hand it down to one of my kiddos some day.
