The Exped Waterbloc 800 Sleeping Bag is like a bivy sac and sleeping bag all in one, except it weighs less and packs smaller than the two would separately. The Pertex Endurance® shell material is waterproof and breathable, so whether you are waking up in a wet meadow or a melting igloo, you’ll stay dry. Three interior chambers along with a tricot baffle running along one side prevent down shift and eliminate cold spots. A convenient interior pocket is perfect for holding small personal gear. Locking zippers keep you from accidentally opening you bag and letting in moisture while you’re asleep. And the tuck-stitch design allows this bag to stand up to the abuse it’s sure to take in the outside world.
Bottom Line: Tents are for sissies.
