Holes!

Familiarity:
I've used it several times
Height:
5' 7"
Weight:
170

Used this only a handful of times before holes everywhere. Great customer service or not, the material holds up against nothing. I'd rather carry a little more weight and actually have a pad that will last more than 5 times.
