It is dry when its dry and it will get wet when its wet.
I got it last year for sailing and it is not a good place for my car keys. I will look for an alternative.

Would a Canon T3i with a 18-135mm lens fit in the largest size of these bags?
Personally, I wouldn't use one of these with my expensive DSLR. I'd rather use a case that is definitely waterproof and also crunch-proof - something like this might work - http://www.backcountry.com/pelican-small-case-1300

Are the dimensions listed the inner dimensions of the padded bag?? I'm after a padded drybag to fit a smaller digital SLR (sony A55) with lens attached.
The camera with lens is 14cm x 11cm x 20cm.
They should be, but I'd go a size up (S) just in case. You can cram a t-shirt in there for extra padding if there's dead space, but you can't make it bigger if you order too small.
Slick camera drybag
Wow I got one of these in the XS-2d size to hold one of my medium format folding cameras and it fits perfect and it's awesome. Definitely some dry bag lust going on over here. There's this padded closed cell foam pouch that protects the contents and then the whole thing has the folding dry closure. I love it. Exped rules! Exped saves the day again!
A dandy little bag for your cell phone.
