The Ex Officio Men's Give-N-Go Boxer Brief is the one pair you'll pack every time. These breathable boxers air dry in a few hours so you can wash as you go and carry fewer pairs. Made from Give-N-Go Stretch, these three inch inseam briefs move with you and wick perspiration, which makes them as ideal for traveling or backpacking. Ex Officio treated these boxer briefs with an anti-microbial finish, so if you can't do laundry for a day or three, your boxers won't offend.
Bottom Line: Wear the quick-drying, comfortable Ex Officio Give-N-Go Boxers when you hike, backpack, or travel.
Can you wear exofficio boxer briefs under shorts or will they show if shorts are not too short obviously. Which are better for long distance hiking, the snug fitting boxer briefs or boxer shorts? Mike
Yeah you can wear the boxer briefs with shorts,, they are not too long. As far as long distant hiking, it tends to be a personal preference for the boxer briefs vs boxer shorts. I own 2 pairs of the boxer shorts and they are extremely comfortable. I just recommend what you are use to wearing.
my hunter green underwear perfectly compliments my skin tone and provides a slimming effect in the pictures i selfshot. while providing a firm grip on my butt, it also has a flattering hold on the frank & beans. & i can wear them every single day, knowing i'm as fresh as i was yesterday. my nudist tendencies have been forever thwarted thanks to the cupping support that can only be surpassed with all 4 hands of charlie sheen's goddesses. thank you ExOfficio, thank you.
p.s. truth is, i have 8 pair & wear nothing else...of course my boss at REI says i have to wear pants from now on.

As a Team Leader for a trail crew in SE AK I lived in a tent for 9 months. While double kneed carhartts shredded, rain jackets failed, and I lost track of how many tents I went through, the one thing I could count on day-in and day-out was a comfortable pair of quick drying exofficio boxer briefs. They retained their stretch and never chaffed even after wearing one pair for a week straight of rain and running around trails. For the entire 9 months I was in Alaska I had no other underwear and each pair is still going strong. Not once did I find these uncomfortable. If I had the cash I would get rid of my cotton and replace them with these. Just go with it, these are fantastic! I am 5' 7" and 150 lbs with an athletic build and a small was the perfect size for me.
These boxer briefs are superb. They are the first pair of "adventure" type underwear or whatever it is the kids are calling these days (you know, that fast drying quick quacking type stuff) so I don't have much to compare them to, but don't have any complaints either. They fit well, are soft and comfy, don't stink after a day or two of use, and seem to keep everything nice and dry.
I do wish they had some more exciting color choices... but that's just me.
Extremely comfortable and well worth the $. My first test of these underpants was not actually on a global expedition or backcountry adventure, rather it was spending 3 straight days in the hospital with my wife while she gave birth to our newest addition. While a hospital is not exactly Everest, it wasn't exactly the Ritz either and these shorts kept me comfortable the entire time.
These are the Muhammed Ali of Boxer Briefs. They are easy to clean and quick drying. They are the perfect backpacking boxer. I have worn these on every trip I've been on and I will continue that trend.
Hi, How much difference in looseness/tightness compare to the Boxer ones?
I'm planning to wear ExOfficio Give-N-Go under Merino long johns for my mountain expedition and I was thinking of getting Boxer Brief as from what I understand they are tight fitting. What about Boxer ones, are they very loose? Will they be uncomfortable to the body under tight fitting merino long johns?
I'm 5.7 with 30" waist and so will be getting Size S in ExOfficio Give-N-Go.
I think you are right on. The Boxer Brief is a tighter fit and will be super comfortable! the Boxers fit like traditional boxers, loose. I wouldn't say uncomfortable, but they fabric will bunch up under a tight fitting baselayer. and yes I would recommend a size small. Be sure to send ExO pics from your expedition!
Too long I punished my nether regions with cotton underwear, TOO LONG. Go hiking and it got toasty down there. Go running and you were in for some serious punishment! Synthetic boxerbriefs both protect my legs from chaffing each other (and other things) AND are highly breathable and moister wicking. As other reviewers have said, if I had the $$$ these would be the only underwear I would own. But as it is at least buy 1 or 2 pairs for your camping/running/biking/anytime-you're-moving activities and you will not regret it in the slightest!
so soft, so awesome...spent a couple weeks in mexico with two of these, washed while showering...excellent, will be a staple of backpacking. i cant say they are better or worse than the competition functionally, as this is my first foray, but from touch alone, i liked the material better than say UA. I will slowly be replacing all my undies with these, if only they came in multi packs, and were cheaper
These are really nice. To be honest they fit much more like a pair of boxers than a pair of boxer briefs. That being said, I may have accidentally received the boxers and not checked very closely. The materials and construction are still both top-notch and I have no trouble recommending these to anyone. I have worn them for a few days at a time and haven't noticed any problems with funk. If you want a somewhat looser-fitting pair of boxer briefs then definitely give these a whirl.
Never get sweaty, Don't smell that bad after wearing for a few days, and they are super light. This is a no-brainer and a must-have. worth the price and I like them better than Patagonia's.
How's the waist band on these? I've got a couple pair of Icebreaker 150's, and the merino is nice, but the waist band is this sharp nylon/elastic type material that chafes and cuts into my skin a bit. Fine if you fold the waistband over, but then they don't fit right, and want to fold back.
Also, how's the anti-stink on these? I'm always nervous that the artificial anti-stink additives will wear off after a few uses/washes.
I own 5 different brands of synthetic boxer briefs, some are much cheaper but none match the comfort ore breathability of these. They are stupid expensive, but I think they will last a long time. If you are at all on the fence about them I suggest you get them.
Other brands (with rating compared to these ) C9 by champion mesh from target (3/5)(no longer made) C9 by champion polyester from target (2/5) (current synthetics at target) Patagonia lightweight (3/5) (they have a seam that goes up the butt crack) Sanoma from Kohls (2/5) (the hem around the thigh is TIGHT) Jockey polyester from department store (1/5) (no support, too stretchy) Merona from target (1/5) (almost identical to the jockeys).
I got a couple pairs of these after reading all the great reviews. The one thing i gotta say is these do ride up, at least on me, when hiking or climbing, or any activity where theres a high range of motion in my legs. They do better than most but not perfect. The fit is good, the breathing and wicking is good, and the drying are good. For any kind of activity cotton does not compare. I'm 5'10 180lbs and the medium fit me nicely. In comparison to the Under Armor boxer jock O i would prefer the ExOfficio. I have both and the UA ride up worse. I have the 6" inseam in those.
Ended up exchanging for a size up from small to medium (31 in waist) and they are a tremendous improvement. They still ride up a touch but nowhere near the smaller size. Would recommend sizing up, not down, if you are border line.
I dig these, they get swamp assed for 10 hours day after day and don't smell (as bad as they should, or maybe that's just me). They do tend to ride up a bit when biking but I guess I should be wearing spandex or something else under my shorts. Best option out there, I wish these could be made of merino.
As a women, I have to say that these look really good on my partner. As a consumer, these are great because they last longer and are more durable than other popular brands that I have gotten my boyfriend. He is a guide and wears them all of the time and so far after a year, not one of his pairs has a hole or rip in them. The waist band is very comfortable for him under layers and a harness. He is 5'8" and 150 lbs. and a small works is ideal for him.
These boxers continue to impress - great materials, great fit, great performance. Wicking works well and the material never feels abrasive. Almost have my whole wardrobe switched out and threw everything else away.
It's been a while since I purchased my first pair of these and the original shows no signs of wearing out any time soon. I've gradually been buying more in order to replace my entire underwear supply.
Couldn't be more pleased with these boxers! Give them a try!
Pros: +Quick Drying +lightweight +durable +not see through, don't retain stank, and generally are appreciated by others
Cons: -I always feel guilty paying more than twenty bucks for a pair of underwear. It just doesn't seem right.
But I'm here to tell you, swallow the price tag down because nothing else on the market compares to these. You'll love them and pretty soon, you'll want all of your boxers to be these. I'm 6'0" 175 lbs with a waist that hovers between 33-34 and I go with the Medium.
These are the best underwear ever! Every other brand of boxer brief I've worn feel fine when you first put them on, but after a few hours they begin to sag and the boys end up trapped between the brief's leg and my inner thigh - constant re-arrangement required. However, with these briefs, everything stays in place without being too tight. As others have mentioned, you'll feel like you have virtually nothing on. The wicking action is great too - whether I was in the 100 degrees plus of southern Sudan or on the plane ride to Nairobi. I only took 2 pair for a nine day trip - easily washed by hand in a sink and totally dry in 1.5-2 hr. Despite the cost, I'm going to gradually replace every pair of underwear in my drawer with these. No more damp smelly cotton for me!
Hey Stan, bleach is not a good companion with nylon products. Bleach will turn nylon yellow as well as possibly weaken the fabric. You can use OxiClean which seems to be the most effective way of cleaning white nylons.
I'm on the road every summer for 6-8 months straight. I bring 6 pairs of these with me and that's it. (I could probably do with even less but I'm lazy and I'd rather spend my free time with beer.) I hand wash them when I can and they dry overnight. It takes a lot of activity for them to start to smell at all. Perfect fit, the comfortable is second to none. And the ladies will dig your butt too.
I've replaced my entire skivvy drawer with these BBs. These suckers are incredibly comfortable and breathable and they dont get funked up after hot days in the BC. They dont ride up, and are durable as hell. Even after years of abuse and washings, the elastic is still good as new. Buy them NOW!
These are my new go to boxers. Great fit. I bought these, patagonia boxerbriefs and mountain hardwear boxer briefs just to test out a few brands. They can make it through the day without constant adjusting. While backpacking other boxers tend to fight with my hiking shorts, they want to give me a wedgie and my shorts want to sag. These keep right in place. Best of all, they don't smell like dead things after one use (like my old go to's, Under Armour). Highly recommended, I'm going to buy a few more pairs.
In a previous review I said that I was planning on replacing every cotton brief in my drawer with the ExO GiveNGo boxer briefs. I'm following through with that promise. I recently ordered 4 more pair - now I have 6 pair. I absolutely love them. Sweat wicks away rapidly, and even when working outside in the Alabama heat & humidity, they don't retain the manly stench. Fit is fantastic. They are a MUST HAVE!
Durable, yet still comfortable after repeated abuse in the backcountry. They dry fast, even in humid conditions except for the waistband, but no complaints about having dry boxers to put on after a day of exploration. They are the lightest boxers I have ever found and for that reason they are exceptional travel boxers. They don't seem to retain odors from your body so no worries about wearing them out in the frontcountry after a few month excursion. Overall, buy 'em and you won't regret it.
There are 107 reviews for these boxers for a good reason. They are the most comfortable boxers I've ever worn and once you try them you'll never want to go back to your Hanes. They dry in no time, wick moisture, prevent chafing- good for hiking or everyday. A little on the pricey side but they are most definitely worth it.
Traveled 5 months with 2 pairs of these, worked like a charm. Very breathable, no chafing, have even gone scuba diving with them under my wetsuit and had zero problems. Highly recommended.
IMO - of course. I've tried UnderArmor - which are too restrictive albeit well-made, Patagonia which are more comfortable but *very* expensive and *very* fragile (they fall apart WAY too fast for what they cost) - so, in the end, the Ex-Officios seem to have the best combination of price, freedom of movement, comfort, and durability. I think I have something like 8 pair now. They'd get 5-stars if they were as comfortable as the Patagonia boxer-briefs - but they're darn close - call it 4.5 stars ;)
I bought these particularly for backpacking, but wanted to test them out and see just how good they would do before I put all my trust in them on a 5 or 6 day trip. So for 7 straight nights I wore these to the gym and ran 3-5 miles. Each night when I got home, I hand washed them in cold water in the tub...not the faucet...but the filled water (trying to emulate washing them in a stream) and hung them out to dry. By the next night they were dry and ready to go and after the 7th day, no stink and still fit great! I would highly recommend these to anyone as I will definitely be buying more.
Was using REI MTS for years but they just didn't hold up so I spent a few extra bucks on these. Going on a year fit is great no visible wear yet. Snug enough not to crawl up your ass but still comfy. I've gone three days before I noticed any kind of odor.
I'm 5'10" 163 lbs athletic with a waist that fluctuates from 30-32 and a small fits fine.
I took these on a 2 month backpacking trip around europe and they performed very well. Lightweight, durable and quick drying. My only complaint is that they ran a little big and I foolishly left home without trying them on. I wear a medium with patagonia's active boxers and boxer briefs. I'm 5'10" 150lb with a 30" waist and would go with a small next time. Expensive but worth it.
Bought one pair of these in black, and they were so comfortable! I liked them so much, I ordered five more pair. As I said, they are very comfortable, feels good to the touch, wicks well and are just so darn comfortable to wear. Not only do I wear them hiking but they have become my every day skivvies!!
I bought these for my husband and he loved them. Very comfortable and easy to wash and go. Plan to get more. Not too snug, but still looks good from my point of view..
These are fantastically comfortable and durable. I don't necessarily agree with the lack of smell retention stated by some of the reviewers but it is still good its good, just not great.
two questions. One: why are these boxer briefs called Give-N-Go? Two: how many of you use a pair of these boxer briefs under a swimsuit, wetsuit, or even by themself for swimming, canoeing, tubing, surfing, waterskiing, diving, or any other water event? Also mention the water activity name, if you wear it without anything or what you wear it with, and the boxer briefs's color. okay, one more question. When i first registered in this website, they wanted a picture of "this gear in action". Does that mean i should post a picture of me swimming in my blue Ex Officio boxer brief? ( I have a picture of me swimming in my city's recreational pool with my friends while wearing red Fruit of the Loom boxer briefs and my blue board shorts that are a bit big handy) But no, if it ain't Ex Officio, it ain't goin' on this website. Sigh. Please respond.
lammy, Give-n-Go is the name of the material they are made of, and yes naming your product after the material would be like Levi's simply being called Denim.
#2- Water sports- Yes and yes. While swimming in them alone may not be visually satisfying for the other participants, they work, but I would recommend holding them if you plan on doing any cliff diving. And yes again, posting pictures of yourself in your ExOfficio Boxer Briefs on a website for anyone with an internet connection to see and share while we appreciate the excitement you may want to think twice, or just let it rip!!
These boxer briefs are a must have due to the smoothness and feel alone. I haven't been able to take them on any lengthy trip, but they hike extremely well. No chafing or discomfort at all, definitely worth the money if you are tired of the cotton boxer brief.
I really enjoy wearing these boxers. They keep the boys in place while also wicking away moisture extremely well. Ive worn them on a couple of hikes and they seem to do a great job. I also wear them under my board shorts and they dry pretty fast. Much faster than anything cotton of course. Id suggest them to anybody. They also work alright under jeans or pants. Get em!
Yes, i also wear these incredibly comfortable underwear under my swimsuit while swimming also alyhough most of the time when swimming, i will get my Fruit of the Loom, Hanes, or Under Armour boxer briefs wet in the water.
These are great briefs. I'm 6'2 with a 32 waist, approximately ~175lbs and swim 3x a week. I normally wear size 32 jeans and size medium or large Under Armour and/or Calvins. I was shocked to find that size small actually fits me best with ExOfficio!
After deciding to buy a pair or two of these, I am trying to decide whether to get the briefs or the boxers? is this a personal preference? I'm leaving for 5 months and will be spending a lot of time doing physical work outdoors, suggestions

Super comfortable. They don't ride up, cost less and dry faster than the Patagonia boxer, though it is a close second. If you haven't indulged to keep the stank off your hanglow, you're living in a fool's paradise my friend.
I have muscular thighs and these ride up ALL the time. I am still looking for something other than under armor that will not ride up and is still comfortable.
These are great for a long trip. Backpacking trip, road trip, business trip, whatever. They're very comfortable, very breathable, fit well, support well and prevent chafe and can then be easily washed in a sink or by a stream and totally dry in a few hours. Wear a pair/wash a pair and you're good for a long trip.
I wore one pair of these for 100 days on the AT last year and liked them so much I bought enough to wear every day now. They dry quickly, don't stretch out, and are very comfortable.
For those who don't want to read the full review here is a summary: -Fit was exact as normal cotton boxer brief size. -tightness remains even after several...and I mean several washes. -band around the waist is comfortable. -briefs do not bunch up or loosen during long hikes or business days. -Drying time is amazing, but then again what quick drying item isn't. -recommend to pair with the MSR Packtowl Nano Lite as it improves drying time in cold conditions. -Have had them for 1 year and no issues.
Well it's difficult to type how good the Give N Go's feel, it's a silk smooth feeling that let the boys breathe effortlessly. I purchased these briefs after reading someone's review on taking two pairs backpacking. Washing one after a day of use and wearing the other to bed, and waking up the next day to find the ones washed were completely dry. Sorry I couldnt give him credit.
It's true, so true that even in cold conditions (where I could see my breath) they dried with no problems. Took the brief's about 7 hours to dry in the coldest conditions. I did not have a thermometer, so you'll have to excuse me for not putting a temperature.
I have to say pairing these briefs with the MSR Packtowl Nano Lite was awesome and a mistake in discovering how good they work. I was having problems with drying is super cold conditions so I ringed the brief's through the Packtowl, and it dried them so quick I could have worn them after doing that (they would have been slightly damp).
I hiked 14days up to Everest base camp just with two pairs and it was the best purchase I made. I now wear them on a day to day basis/ hikes and they still rock the underworld.
I seriously recommend them to anyone, from serious backpacker to the serious desk clerk.
These undies are light and cool. Great for exercise. They maintain their fit which is always a big deal with boxer briefs. I wear a large and I own the briefs as well. The boxer briefs have more room up front than the briefs.
These are simply the best brief's I have ever owned. Keeps the grapes comfortable and cool. Also, they stay in place and don't get baggy as the day goes on keeping everything where it should be. I have completely switched from cotton boxer briefs to the ExOfficio and won't be going back...
Never thought I'd pay this kind of dough for underwear, but 28 days in the stifling Alabama and Mississippi conducting field training in a very warm military uniform and I am a true believer! Great wicking and easy to clean, these shorts and Gold Bond body powder keeps the crotch rot and chafing away!
I don't normally like boxer-briefs, but I love these. They prevent all chafing when running, they wick sweat like a dream, and they are extremely supportive. I ran 15 miles in them over a week this summer and they didn't smell one bit. They are quick drying so rinsing them with some water is no problem to get the salt out, wring them out and then let them dry for a bit. Initially I bought 3 pair, but returned one, because they are so durable I only needed 2. They are great for hiking, running and traveling. I even wore them on a flight from Detroit to Hawaii and back with none of the usual discomfort from sweating in my seat thanks to their wicking power.
These are the best travel briefs I ever had. When we got back from a two week motorcycle/hiking trip where we tent camped every night, did three 5-7 mile day hikes and traveled 3800 miles two up, I didn't want to go back to my cotton underwear. Maybe I won't. By the way, I only took two pair.
I'm 6'2" skinny as hell = about 145-150lbs and the size I should get is medium according to their chart. Several people mentioned to size down. Advice?
I am 5'10'' 150lbs with a 30'' waist. I got a medium, but wish I would have purchased a small because these boxer briefs now fit like boxers. Not tight in the thigh at all and very loose around the jewels. Hope that helps.
I'm slightly less lanky (6', 155 lbs, 31-32" waist) and got the small, which I've been happy with. They fit snugly, which I prefer, but not at all uncomfortably. They are actually tightest around my thighs; there is plenty of stretch left in the waist.
I've had two pairs of these - just ordered two more - and can't say a bad thing about them. They're my go-to for any outdoor activity, from hunting, camping, fishing, and exercising, these things are the ticket. They're light weight, dry wicked fast, provide cozy support, and breathe really well. There are times when I don't think I'm wearing anything at all because I don't feel them bunch up, pinch, pull, etc on anything down under.
I bought the ExOfficio Give-N-Go briefs for a trip to Europe after hearing/reading a number of positive recommendations. My goal was to pack as light as possible so I brought along 3 pairs of these briefs for my 2 week trip, washed them in hostel sinks at night and threw on a fresh pair the next day. This proved to be a successful strategy as these briefs dry in no time and they are very much odor and moisture resistant. Also, they are quite possible the most comfortable underwear I've ever owned. Now that I have returned from my trip, I am considering buying more for my regular wardrobe as cotton briefs just don't cut it anymore.
...hasn't already been said. Best underpants on the planet. I've officially (hiyo!) gone full Ex Officio 7 days a week.Never again will cotton touch my nether regions.
I bought these because of chaffing during hikes. They work wonders. Imusually wear boxers and was afraid of how I would like these briefs, but I love them. They dont ride up, arent real restricting and keep me from chaffing!
I love these boxer briefs!! I first found them at BC and took them on a 8 day trip in the backcountry of CO. No humidity, quick drying and the best was no odor. I had 2 pair that I rotated every 3 days or so. just washed the dirty pair in a stream and they were dry in about 6 hrs. I bought 3 pair for Christmas to give to some other men in my family. Theses undies are a life changer. well worth the money.
I wore them Snowmobiling for 9 hours. Sweat my butt off, but these babies stayed dry all day. I went to bed and then woke up the next morning and they still looked like I had just pulled them out of the wrapper. Amazing!!! Cotton underwear have nothing against these, unless you really like to be completely uncomfortable (chaffing and sweaty cahones).
So soft and comfortable. Just enough support without being constrictive. Dries super fast after washing or sweating. The legs don't stretch out or ride up into your crotch. Personally, I have no use for a fly in briefs but at least these don't have an open-door policy. I gave up cotton underwear a long time ago, going with Calvin Klein Microfiber and Tech which were previously the best I've worn, but these are far better. I'm 5'6" with a 32 inch waist and the Mediums fit perfectly.
I bought some of these to help with extreme heat in mideast. You sweat more than you thought possible. I work out in a vinyal tent. You can imagine the amount of heat avg 115 in June expecting 140+ do to nature of job. These things are a lifesaver. They dry very fast and wisk away all moisture. I would like to see some long underwear with this material. Would be a real big help to the troops in elimating sand chaffing.
Cotton sucks. Wool boxer-briefs (from minus33.com) are great, but they aren't very durable. So far, these are the best I've worn. I wear them on multi-day climbs and I don't even notice that I'm wearing them. Highly recommended. If they weren't so expensive, I'd wear nothing else.
I spent $25 on a single pair of underwear, but these are worth the money. These feel great. What a fit. Amazing how comfortable these are, all day and all night comfort. I pray these will last and good long time. Suppose I should purchase another pair.
I Bought 5 pairs of these for a 3 and ½ week long trip to Europe. Before I go on to rave about them, I will list my complaints: 1. after a few days I washed them individually by hand with cold water and liquid soap. A lot of color bled out. 2. They didnt dry up over night in the hotel room while two of my shirts did. Now for the positive atributes: they were very comfortable, and I am not easily pleased when it comes to the comfort of my nether region. They kept me dry despite the 40° C heat in Athens. No chafing, no rashes. They fit perfectly.I dont know how I have done without them.
Hiking along the border of Italy and Slovenia these briefs are a must. 39 C and 70% humidity can really bring on the discomfort in the lower regions. These briefs lived up to their advertising. Going to the Grand Canyon in October and these will be a God send.
i agree with everyone else as to the comfort, wearability, and shear awesomeness of these boxer briefs. they keep you dry and don't ride up like the patagonia ones (which i still like, just not as much). looking to buy more soon. i'm not sure about the recommendations to size down...i typically wear a large, bought a large, and they fit great. with backcountry.com's return service, you can gamble on the size if you want.
I was introduced to the Ex Officio Give-N-Go a couple of years ago when my local outfitter recommended them for a hike (my first real outing). Since then these are the only briefs I wear. They work in the office, the yard and on the trail.
bought these for my husband. He loved them. No Chaffing, doesn't ride up. hung to dry and were dry in about 2 hours even in high humidity. Pricey, but well worth every penny, (per the hubby)
So I thought underwear couldnt get any better the first time I tried on patagonia's capilene boxer briefs. But after a few wears of the patagonia's I realized the rear stitching was in a less than comfortable middle of the butt location resulting in underwear about mid-stomach some days . Ex-officio one up's them on every aspect including a more typical stitching pattern. These boxers fit well, stretch with you, support well, wick, dry quick, don't stink, + don't ride up.
I wasn't sure what to think when my brother told me to go out and replace my entire underwear drawer with exofficio, so I tried a pair. I work in equatorial and tropical regions throughout the world, and this underwear has been an absolute godsend. They're comfortable all day in incredible heat and humidity, and takes up virtually no space in my bags... what more could you ask for. I've gotten to where I'll add a pair or two to every order I place with backcountry.com, and have gotten up to something like 15 pair.
A tip: just like everyone says, buy a size smaller than you're used to. For some reason, exofficio stuff is pretty big. I'm like a ~36" waist, and I wear medium boxer briefs.
I have been a long time user of "dry fit" type underwear from patagonia, MEC (Canadian equivalent of REI), and Roadrunner Sports, but they all suffer from some amount of odor retention after extended use. The Ex Officio's have held up and continue to avoid retaining odors. They're my go to underwear now.
Ex Officio knows what there doing! the one thing I would say is to read how to clean um. There is a great bit on how to do so on the back of the package, which is reusable I would like to add. Enjoy!!
These would be the only type of underwear I would ware if they weren't so expensive, still they are worth buying a few pairs for hiking/backpacking. They resist odors super well and wick sweet very will. I sized down for these, normally a size medium (32 waist) so i went with a small.
