I've bought a number of ExO products over the years. The Give-N-Go Boxers are my favorite. They're silky soft, odor-resistant, and VERY fast-drying. They perfectly combine comfort, style, and function--definitely a five-star product!
Quick dry

Miraculous. After hand washing in Mexico these were air-drying in twenty minutes if I wore them, 18 hours if I didn't...humidity was 100%.I will never wear anything else.
C'ya later, cotton!

I bought a few pairs of these because I've heard such a positive buzz about them. Now I see why. I could have made do on my last trip with just one pair.
These boxers feel incredibly smooth while you're wearing them. Zero chaffing. Zero smell when you take them off after a long day on the trail.
Plain and simple, the best boxers money can buy. I'd wear them 365 days a year if I could afford it.

The Ex Officio Men's Give-N-Go Boxer will make all those cotton jobbies in your top drawer obsolete. What's the secret to the Give-N-Go Boxer's performance and comfort? Give-N-Go stretch nylon, spandex blend fabric. The nylon gives these three-inch inseam boxers a silky smooth feel, while the spandex provides a bit of stretch for increased range of motion. These Ex-Officio boxer shorts wick sweat and resist odor, which makes them ideal for long hikes or wearing under your long underwear while skiing. The Give-N-Go Boxers' fabric also dries quickly, so you can hand wash them and hang them to dry when the nearest Laundromat is a couple hundred miles away. *White color underwear may have either a white or black top elastic band.

From multi-day hikes, to riding around town, to a day at the office, it's always better in my ExO.
Won't backpack without them

I've been leading backpacking trips for students for over 6 years, and these are bar-none, the best boxers I've ever taken out into the backcountry. They're incredibly comfortable, and do not chafe at all (huge plus). They wick moisture really well, and dry super fast, so you can get away with packing light and only bringing a pair or two and washing them in a river, etc. Five stars, zero complaints. Fit true to size.
So Comfy!

Besides being the most comfortable pair of boxers I've owned, they are also the best I've experienced performance-wise. Incredible breathability and long-term durability. The price might seem a little steep when you can buy 3 cotton boxers for the same price, but these are well worth it! Bargain cotton boxers are a Ford Pinto compared to ExOfficio's Ferrari-like drawers.

I have a few pairs of these and just bought some more (not because the others wore out, just because they're that good). Well worth the price!

I was a huge skeptic of these working as well as advertised but I was completely wrong. Spent four days hiking and breaking trail while wearing these. I brought a pair for play and a pair to sleep in and I couldn't tell the difference between them. I swear they use some elfin magic to keep the funk from sticking to these.

I've tried Ex-Officio's briefs, boxer briefs and the boxers. The boxers are the way to go. These are so comfortable. If they hold up over time, which all the reviews indicate they will, then they are worth the price.

Close to Patagonia boxers, but I like these better. My favorite boxers.

Fantastic fit, breathable, comfortable, lightweight, odor resistant, and good looking. I would advise buying a handful or two. Once you put these on, every other pair just isn't worth it.

I bought these after reading the other reviews for my 16 year old son who was going on a 14 day, 75 mile backcountry trip. He is always plagued by rashes (he'd not be happy if I divulge more details) and didn't have any problems during the whole trip. I bought him 3 pair and he loved them. He's trying to talk me into buying him more for everyday wear!

Hi,
How much difference in looseness/tightness compare to the Boxer Brief ones?
I'm planning to wear ExOfficio Give-N-Go under tight fitting Merino long johns for my mountain expedition and I was thinking of getting Boxer Brief as from what I understand they are tight fitting.
What about Boxer ones, are they very loose?
Will they be uncomfortable to the body under tight fitting merino long johns?
I'm 5.7 with 30" waist and so will be getting Size S in ExOfficio Give-N-Go.
Thanks for your help.

the boxers are very loose. I would recommend going with the boxer briefs, especially with long johns (it's what I've found to be the most comfortable).
Awesome!

Great material, thin and stretchy. I am 6'4 210 and got the larges. I thought they might be a little tight at first, but they fit perfectly with the stretch of the fabric. I own two pairs so I never have to go a day without them. Wash one and wear the other.
Great!

These, although pricey, are the best I've tried. They are lightweight, flexible, and very quick-drying. The fit is perfect for me. Not too loose, but not too tight.
