Favorite Underwear

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
  • Fit: True to size

I lived in Ghana, West Africa for 4 months with no clothes washer. These underwear were a life saver whether I was down to my last pair and needed them ASAP, or if I had limited space and could only bring one or two pairs on a week long excursion. I wear a medium in VS underwear, and these mediums fit me great! I wear pants size 10/12. If you want comfortable, breathable underwear, these are the ones for you!

Purple undies

These were great for an extended backpacking trip! My nether regions have never worn a piece of gear so well-made for them. Also, washes in streams easily and dries quite quickly.

Fits and wicks

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
  • Fit: True to size

I have a bigger bum and these fit. I hike for work and need wicking underwear. These do the trick! So glad I found them! I'd been a Patagonia Hipster or Isis Hipster wearer (RIP Isis) for years, but I like these better! I am a 10/curvy athletic fit and got a Medium.

Supreme Skivvies

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
  • Fit: True to size

While underwear purchases don't usually fall on the exciting end of the gear buying spectrum, every girl has to layer properly, and these don't disappoint. My initiation to ExOfficio products was about two years ago with a pair of underoos and pants that helped get me through a 7 week trip around Oz, NZ, and a couple South Pacific islands, confined to one carryon of stuff. The quick-dry claims proved true, even in the island heat and humidity. I loved these products so much, I doubled down and bought a few extra pairs for a recent trek up Kilimanjaro. Now, I say the best underwear are the pairs you don't notice while wearing, and even during our hot, dry day hiking, or the few times we had to scramble over rocks, I never once had to re-adjust or wish they would air out. Overall, a superb option for the active girl's wardrobe, and a great way to layer without drama.

Wife says: Breathable, lightweight, comfortable. Great fit! No wedgies with these ones. They stay put.

Sized small, but great product

I am 5'4" 130 lbs and I found the M too tight so I ordered the L and found it much more comfortable. I normally take a M in everything so this was quite a surprise for me. Either size fits, I just prefer a little more room and the M was tight on the legs. Comfortable and breaths OK, but it is not earth shattering and you still sweat and it still gets damp. I think they are as sexy as they are functional which is nice. Haven't tried handwashing them and drying but it looks like it'd be fine to dry overnight.

Nice coverage in a bikini brief.

Light, comfortable and provides the best coverage I've found in a bikini brief. I have a couple pairs and am waiting for more colors.

The best undies

  • Gender: Female
  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Being a cotton Jockey girl for years, I was skeptical about non-cotton being as good. Unfortunately, cotton doesn't dry fast and wears out pretty quick. These I've found to be super breathable, dry and wash up very well. They don't ride up and don't itch. Also got the string bikini, which are fab as well. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic!

These are really great. Only brought a couple pairs of these with me for a one month hike...definitely didn't regret it. They dry quickly, and the towel-drying technique they recommend in the instructions also significantly decreases drying time of other clothing (yes, it's obvious, but I didn't think of it until I read it for these). When you have to hand wash everything for a month and dry it in a cold environment you'll be happy you have these!

Great underwear!

I'm very happy that I bought these underwear! I had been searching for ones that don't creep up for a while now, and finally found them! Great quality and well worth the money! I'm 5'7", 128lbs, and I purchased the medium and they fit great!

The best underwear ever

Got these for my month trip to Ghana and LOVED them. Super breathable and light in 90-100 degree humid heat and very easily washable. Dried in less than an hour. Highly recommended!

Great bikini brief for me.

Nice, light weight fabric. Superb fit with good coverage for a bikini. I'll buy more of these.

Really love these

I hike 4 to 5 times a week and it can get warm out there. I love these give-n-go Bikini Briefs. They feel like you are wearing nothing, while still protecting your vitals. I had bought 2 pairs of the briefs and - after trying them out - turned around and bought the bikini's too to have more variety on hand. Would like to replace all my undies with these. Plan to take them on upcoming backpack trip due to the comfort and quick drying aspect. Can be a bit pricey - but you won't be dissapointed. I wear size 2 to 4 and bought size small. Fit is good. You may be able to get away with extra small, but didn't want to risk being too small.
