Hiking in the woods or through city streets.
Six miles into the woods you'll be thrilled you wore the ExOfficio Men's Short-Sleeve Air Strip Lite Shirt for the trek. This lightweight, wicking button-down shirt has been updated to sport a more stylish, slimmer silhouette yet still possesses all of the technical tricks you've come to expect. Vents on your back and along your flanks keep you cool whether you're hiking or eating insanely spicy fish tacos. One of the chest cargo pockets stays securely shut with a zipper, while a utility tab keeps your shades safe from being squoosed by your tush. UPF 40 adds an extra barrier of protection against damaging solar radiation, though you'll need some sunscreen for the bottom half of your arms. Whether you're on your way to the water, hiking in humidity, or touring ruins in the middle of a heatwave, this quick-drying shirt will keep you comfortable and appropriately clothed.

Look Good, Stay Cool
- Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
- Fit: True to size
This shirt and other ExOfficio shirts have become my go-to warm weather travel shirts. They are classier than t-shirts. If they have a pattern they don't show sweat. They generally have vents built into the back that are perfectly camouflaged. They have a nice regular fit, not too athletic but also not boxy. Very lightweight.
