Giftees report that size is true and these feel like compression socks that can cost $20-$30 more. They are also, and importantly, warm. They were tested in some 0-10 degree weather situations and came out being washed at night so they were ready the next morning since they worked.

I purchased the grey pair and loved the design even more after opening up the package. I am very particular with how socks fit (especially inside a tight boot) and was happy as a clam when I saw how thin these actually are. Don't let that fool you though, these suckers kept my feet nice and toasty warm!

The fit on these socks runs small.

Wore these today, it was 9 degrees at Alta.

My feet were still cold, but not as cold as they would have been with my old socks!

It isn't typically this cold in Little Cottonwood, so I expect these will be wonderful in balmier 20 degree temps.



I bought these because the cushioning on the shin feels great, they are really comfy to wear. I also like the selection of funky colors. I will probably be buying more.



The Silver Ions in this fabric also ensure I can wear these a couple times between washing, which is a plus.

These socks are wonderful! They are very comfortable, they are really light weight but have extra padding and warmth where you need it. I will buy a lot more of these for next winter!

Comfy, warm, no wool. What more could you ask for?
