I purchased these socks to wear for equestrian events where I need a good quality knee high sock that is thin enough to fit in an english boot. I didn't buy them for their warmth, but they are soft and comfy plus the color is fantastic. I will probably get a couple more pairs.

Put these ski socks in my 11 year old daughter's stocking for Christmas. She loved the color (turquoise) and wore them sledding, said they kept her feet warm the whole time. No complaints here. She wears a women's size 5 shoe and the size small fit great.
