Taking off on your own is so much better when you've got the right equipment. Eureka's Solitaire 1-Person, 3-season tent is light, quick to set up, and easy to use. Its simple assembly features pole pockets on one end and ring and pin on the other—no crazy fabric tunnels to thread. An added zipper in the center of the roof cloth allows easy entry and exit. Solitaire's tunnel design can handle some serious wind. At 2lb 9oz, this 3-season, solo tent is extremely lightweight. Two storage pockets and a flashlight loop keep you organized when you snuggle up to bed.

Bottom Line: Leave that 2-person tent at home and move faster on your own with the Eureaka Solitaire 1-Person, 3-Season tent.

I love this tent

I've slept in this tent 5 times this summer. Great for clear stary nights. My long pad fits perfect (I'm only 5'6" but like a lot of room to move). I sleep great with this set up. Have not used it in the rain, but it looks like it would be fine. Set it up in the dark last time with no problem. I love this tent!

Great tent for fair weather or night rain

By:

Just took this tent out last weekend and was again happy with its performance. Sets up in about 5 minutes and is definitely stable in the wind. The center zipper along the middle of the tent is great for loading and unloading gear. It's also great when the weather is hot as you can roll the fly back and stare up at the stars. Only slightly unnerving if you imagine a large animal standing over your tent and slobbering at the nummies inside :-) In any event, I haven't found a standard footprint for it but I've cut Tyvek to fit and it works well. A good tent for the money.
