Does this table come with a carry bag? Also, I assume this is a roll top...or is it?

This table folds up into it's own bag, and then that same bag acts a catch-all when the table is setup. It's light and has two straps. It's by no means a backpacking table, but is easily moved around for car camping for tailgating. It's stellar.

For a portable table this is very sturdy. Not as much wobble as the Coleman I once tried. I've used it everyday as my work desk and has held up well for a few months. The aluminum slats start to sag over time creating a slightly less flat surface but it is minor. Powder coating wears off a bit but not critical. Spendy but worth it. Currently they have the dimensions posted wrong on the website it is not 45 inches tall.

Is this rig really 45" high?

NO, that can't be right.
I checked the dimensions at Eureka,, they put the length dimension first on all their tables. It goes LxWxH... so the true dimensions of this table are:
45" length x 28" width x 28.5" height
