The Enervit G Electrolyte Mix has a mixture of carbohydrates, mineral salts, and magnesium to prevent a bike racer's #1 nemesis: cramping. Enervit G is excellent as part of your pre-workout hydration regimen, but equally useful in helping your body recover electrolytes after a hard ride. And during the latter half of a road race you'd be well-served by downing a bottle of Enervit G. It has 11g of frucose per serving for energy, plus B group vitamins for carbohydrate assimilation and 4 essential mineral salts to prevent cramping. It comes in a 450g canister, makes 11-15 servings, depending on the concentration. Orange flavor.

great stuff

Works better than Gatorade for staving off cramps and bonks. The flavor isnt great, but isnt terrible either. Kinda gritty. Great for cycling, with bottles. Hiking... its a pain to clean out of your CamelBak bladder

This stuff is actually pretty good

I have tried a few different "off-brand Gatoraid" like drinks before and to be honest they all have simular things in them. When I work out its hard to tell any difference other than what my stomach can handle and so I usually get what is the cheapest. The G sport not only doesn't taste as bad as some of the other stuff (you know who you are) but I did see a slight Improvement in my performance. I dont know if they are just using actual ingredients or if they decided to figure out what works instead of "copy and paste" the backs of the other brands out there but it is good stuff. I usually get cramps pretty easy and after I started using Enervit I didn't have that problem anymore. I know all their pictures have people riding bikes on them but call me a rebel because I like to have a bottle when I go for a longer run. Also great job making the packaging look like its for an adult instead of something that belongs in a kindergarden class. I only wish it was a little cheaper so I could justify using it every time I go for a run.
