Does this jacket have good insulation qualities.? We are going

Does this jacket have good insulation qualities.? We are going to be skiing in constantly snowing condidtions, minus 10/15 degrees Celsius... I would like to know if this jacket is going to be warm enough with good thermals underneath. or will we need additional under layers?

This is really more of a shell. While individual body temperatures differ slightly, you'd likely need additional insulating layers rather than just a single base layer under this for the temperatures you're looking at.
