Keeps your cold drinks cold...

  • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift, but have feedback to share

I gave two of these bottles as gifts and they work perfectly. They are durable, lightweight, and keep your cold beverages actually cold and the hot ones hot. I have not had the opportunity to try cleaning this bottle, but I suspect that it would be fairly easy with a scrubber. One feature that is rare on a bottle, but really nice is the removable strainer. This would be perfect if you are a big tea drinker or if you do not wish to have a mouth full of ice when trying to drink out of a bottle. Each of the bottles I purchased was black and they kept the water inside cold even when sitting in direct sunshine for hours. One downside is that the material will scuff if dropped, but I would say all around these bottle are very durable and a great buy.

How much does the empty bottle weigh?

How much does the empty bottle weigh?

EcoVessel lists the weight for the bottle on their website as being 1lb (or 16oz, OR 28.35g if you're of the metric mind).
Hope this helps.

Finally got mine back.

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I had to buy three of these. One for my wife and one for each of my kids because they kept stealing my water because it was the only water bottle in the family that would still be cold after a long hike, etc. I can literally leave this bottle filled with ice water in my car in 100+ degree weather all day and come back to frosty cold water.

Best insulated bottle I have purchased

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

This item really does hold up to its claims. I have had other brands of insulated bottles, but most of them have leaky drinking tops, and they do not retain the cold as well as the Eco Vessel. Another plus, the cap is like a regular water bottle so one can drink without the inevitable, annoying slurping sound of most drinking tops. One word of advice: chill your liquids first before you put them in the container. It is so well insulated that popping it into a fridge does not affect the liquid inside.

Awesome Insulation

Keeps water really hot or cold for a long time. Best insulated bottle I have tried.

Plus, my favorite feature, the 2 different screw's great to have that flexibility.
