When you bolt the purpose-built Easton XC One Disc Wheelset to your cross-country race rig, the difference is immediately noticeable. That's because Easton's forged aluminum Gen4 rims, self-adjusting XC One hubs, and stainless straight-pull Sapim spokes are designed to add as little weight as possible while maximizing strength and stiffness. Stiffer, lighter wheels let you hold a straighter line through ruts and roots, and allow your fork to maintain better ground contact. Easton knows all this, and they also know that you don't have time to true your wheels when they arrive—that's why every XC One Wheelset is hand-tensioned at the factory to ensure a flawless ride out of the box.
