Haven Riser Handlebar

Carbon fiber is a favorite for XC use, but when durability is paramount aluminum is the answer. And, when it comes to alloy, Easton's been an industry leader for over a decade. What they've learned over all those years is evident in the Haven aluminum Handlebar.

It is incredibly light at just 270 grams, and plenty wide at 740 millimeters. Most importantly, though, it's extremely strong. This is due to the 7050 aluminum, and Easton's exclusive TaperWall technology, which allows Easton to use the minimum amount of material necessary without harming overall strength and durability.

TapperWall ensures there's extra material at the clamping zones for both the stem and shifter/brake lever interface. The bars are also shot peened to remove any stress risers that could lead to failure. They feature a 9 degree bend with a 5 degree up sweep and a 20mm rise for excellent control and comfort
