Sturdy lock, have traveled 5 months with no problems. Feels pretty sturdy, at least for a sub 10$ lock.
I have been using my lock for two years now without any problems,
I have been using my lock for two years now without any problems, but I would like to change the combination on the lock.
When I first put in my combination I did it wrong and it is at 0-0-0- I am not comfortable with that.
would anybody have a solution to how to do it.

And it works well. No problems using on a multi-leg 3 week trip in Australia.
I bought an Eagle Creek lock for my travel bag 10 years ago.
I bought an Eagle Creek lock for my travel bag 10 years ago. It's on my suitcase now, but I have lost the instructions and security code I had on it. Help!!! How do I reset the lock so I can open it, then put a new security code on it? I haven't had to check my luggage during a flight until now, so I didn't worry about it. Thank you for helping an old lady whose memory is not remembering.

You can't reset it if is closed, what you can do is ask someone who works at airport security (and has TSA Keys) to open it, and once open you can change the combination

I have a yellow TSA lock that I can not open. I have osr the combo and can not reset it.IT is a PASSAGE 2...

nothing special does the job as good as any other tsa lock ive gotten
