Eagle Creek ORV Trunk - 7000 cu in - 2007 BCS

Been traveling with my ORV for about a year now. I can get both me and wife's stuff for almost any length vacation. The key to this bag is that it always comes in UNDER the airlines weight limit. Uncanny how that works so well.

I haven't really used the trunk yet, but I have explored it pretty well. It's got a lot of capacity and with many of the Eagle Creek packing accessories, I think it will hold a lot of stuff. The water-tight compartment on the bottom of the trunk is a great feature, and the fact that you can load the trunk in the upright position will greatly eliminate shifting of the contents. It's got big external pockets and comfortable straps and handles. I think it'll be this traveler's dream luggage.

The ORV Trunk is great when you have a lot of gear to haul. Its very sturdy and held up well to airline abuse. The all terrain wheels work well on difficult terrain and its a breeze to drag through airports. The straps are well situated for picking it up when it can't be wheeled. The inner waterproof pocket is useful for wet gear. The outside pockets and interior side pocket are great for organizing the little stuff.
The only downside is that its a bit heavy--but I don't know if its really possible to make something this sturdy any lighter.

After three weeks and four countries in Africa, the bag held up great. I was able to get everything stuffed in the bag and still had room for extras. The wheels worked over all kinds of terrain.

I just did a 3 week trip to Fiji with my wife and we used the ORV trunk for both of us! This is the nicest piece of luggage that I have ever owned. It is well compartmentalized so it is easy to organize your stuff (if you use the eagle creek packing solutions you will be amazed how much more you can pack). It rolls like a charm and looks sweet as well. What also makes me feel confident about buying this is the lifetime guarantee on it, even though I will be really surprised if I ever have to use it, the construction is bomber!
