"Boot" Pocket is a Stretch
If your boots are no bigger than my hand and part of my forearm, they'll fit in the lined pocket...
This product is designed to fit the exact maximums given by airlines for carry-on baggage. truth be told, bigger bags fit overhead and you can often get them through, but this one is a guarantee.
The main storage area is great and can fit a fair amount of clothing. And the the lined pocket for damp or dirty gear is a great touch, though you'dbe har pressed to fit a whole towel depending on the size. Wheels roll well and the handle feels sturdy. Plus it's got a lifetime warranty.
Durable, Stylish, Space constrained
I use this bag as my go-to carry on luggage. I really like the idea of lifetime warranty on a piece of luggage, and the understated, yet techy styling drew me to this piece.
The bag as a whole as a good, solid quality feel. Zipper pulls are ergonomic, materials are durable yet look good and the molded plastic pieces are well integrated. Interior doesn't have tons of organization pockets, but that is likely because Eagle Creek makes tons of organization pouches for you to buy separate.
One thing to note for this piece is that it is not the most optimized shape or size to pack the most amount of gear into an overhead bin. I never really have a problem getting it into a bin, which is great, but all the extra room around it means that I am not able to put quite as much stuff in it as the guy next to me. Mostly it is driven by the shape of the upper zipper opening area, as it is curved and profiled, instead of being boxy and square. Not a huge issue, but if you love to jam as much stuff as possible into your luggage, you may want to look elsewhere.
Overall, I am happy with the purchase, like the styling, feel and peace of mind with having a lifetime warranty.

Durable, built well
I have traveled domestically as well as internationally (China and France) with this bag. The weight is good for how obviously well built it is. The wheels are great for varied terrain and the grab handles all over are super usable.
Only small complaints are:1.there isn't a ton of organization built in, so be sure you have your own sacks for the inside, 2. The way the main zipper splits, it is hard to ensure you pack the entire thing efficiently (using all available space).
Overall, great carry on, stoked to have the lifetime warranty.
