The only thing it can't help is the airline food.

Unlike other, lesser travel pillows, the Neck Love Pillow from Eagle Creek features a flat back to keep your head from constantly feeling pushed forward. The polyester stretch fleece fabric is extremely soft and comfortable, letting you doze off before the plane even leaves the tarmac. A front clip can be secured to keep things from sliding around while you're sleeping, or it can be clipped around your luggage while you run to make your flight after the fourth gate change in a row.

    Comfort in Coach

    • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I haven't flown with this yet, but I tried just sitting in an upright chair at home and it was fairly comfortable. I chose this over the Eagle Creek 2 in 1 pillow because the cushioning is more substantial on this version, and the clip will make it really easy to tote this around outside my pack in the airport. The square backing seems like it will hold my head in place better than the rounded version.

Sleep well high above the clouds

    • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

Bought a pair of these for traveling with my partner in crime. We both enjoyed hours of blissful sleep 30,000 miles in the air. The flat back is great for cars and planes, so it does not bunch up at the neck and crane it in an awkward angle. Stoked that there is a strap to so you can clip it to the outside of a bag. (doesn't compress well so putting it in a bag would take up a lot of space.) Needless to say, this item will be with me on all trips to come.
