The Eagle Creek Flight Companion Bag won’t invade your space, talk nonstop, snore, or get drunk during your flight. This carry-on bag fits neatly underneath the chair in front of you or in the overhead bins. A side pocket holds your music player, magazines, and books—items ideal for shutting out your in-flight neighbors. A front zippered pocket keeps keys and your boarding pass accessible, and a grab handle and shoulder strap give you carrying options. The main compartment holds Eagle Creek’s Pack-It Cube or Folder 15 to help you organize your clothes. The zzzipppp sound you get when you pull the two-way lockable zippers apart to access the wide, U-shaped opening is as loud as this bag gets.

Not crazy bright. It is more like a Royal Blue. Not an "Electric" Blue which is a much brighter color.
