The Eagle Creek designed the Explorer LT Women's Fit Travel Pack to harmonize with the female form. Eagle Creek loaded the Explorer with female-specific comfort features. The ergonomically shaped back panel and narrower shoulder straps properly fit a woman's physique. The Explorer's ultra-light hip-belt's contoured foam construction comfortably conforms to her shape, virtually eliminating pressure points. The adjustable sternum strap ensures a comfy fit across the chest and the Explorer even comes with an integrated emergency whistle—just in case.

Bottom Line: Grab your girlfriends and hit the trails with the Eagle Creek Explorer LT Women's Fit Travel Pack.

Yup! I have traveled all over Mexico and Australia with this Bag, and carried it on every time. You need to remove the front daypack and stash that under the seat in front of you, and the main bag fits in the overhead compartment. The extra duffel it comes with is great in case you decide you want to check the souvenirs home!
