The Eagle Creek 5-Piece Adapter Set comes with ungrounded adapter plugs needed for international travel. If you already have appliances that convert foreign voltage, get plug adapters and forget the voltage converter. If you are using a voltage converter, you must use adapter plugs as well since outlets abroad are typically recessed. Do not use your computer with any Eagle Creek transformer or converter.
Bottom Line: Leave the country, but bring your appliances. The Eagle Creek Adapter Plugs will help you use them.

Great product. Good set of adapters that came in handy on a recent international trip. Held up well even after multiple uses. Seems like they could take regular use. Same durable plastic in outlet switches. Recommend highly.
