The Dynastar Team Trouble Youth Alpine Ski gets every bit as rowdy as its bigger brother, the Trouble Maker. This entry level twintip takes your little ripper from the green and blue runs into his first spin through the park. The Team Trouble is sized down for younger skiiers but it's every bit as effective as a full-sized park ski. With its lightweight design and pint-size jibber-friendly shape, the Team Trouble has no problem logging airtime, and its short-radius sidecut lets your groms carve aggressively up the pipe or scrap speed while charging a kicker. I am looking for a twin tip for my 4 year old for next year.
I am looking for a twin tip for my 4 year old for next year. He is 41 in tall now. Is 105 cm the correct length? The two I have found are the Dynastar Team Trouble and the Solomon Fish. The Dynastar seems much larger tip and tail (113/76/105) vs. the Fish (98/72/90). Is a wider ski an advantage at 5 yrs old? We live in Colorado and he does love powder but also rides boxes and jumps in the park.

Great set up for my 6 year old. He is 51 inches tall and we got him the 125cm. Perfect sidecut for little legs and he is enjoying the twin tip. 113 in the tip with a soft flex is great for rippin up the Alta pow.

At his size, you might want to consider a longer ski for him, especially if he enjoys skiing, to help him as he progresses. For this ski though, I would say he needs the longest size of 135. Hope that helps.

you sould get the 135, if this is the ski you wan't. But for your size you sould be sking around a 150cm ski, so maybe you sould look at a different ski.
