Whether you slay the park and pipe or put ‘em in a bodybag all over the resort, the Dynastar PX 12 Jib Wide Trouble Binding will back you up. Preferred by jibbers and freeskiers alike, the PX 12 Jib Trouble features seven boot-contact points, 40% stiffer torsional response, and the outstanding 25-millimeter elastic travel of the Look-designed PX heelpiece. Elastic travel means this binding will absorb shocks and re-center before releasing, and that means you can run lower DIN settings without prereleasing on off-center landings and flat transitions. If that sounds like a good thing, well, it is—a very good thing, especially where soft tissue is concerned. As for all you flyweight steez monkeys, laughing it up and sending huge with your bindings maxed out, guess what? Your knees called. They told us they’d be stoked to make it through high school without cadaver parts.
Bottom Line: Don’t be your own season-ender.
