i returned mine as well... it was too short! (Not the sleeves) i'm xs (for brands like northface, burton...etc) and that's what i ordered too but unfortunately it was too short to wear :((
hood for a pinhead

The hood was made for a head the size of a pin. I could not get it around my neck to snap. Hoods should be functional as well as cute, and this coat failed in that regard. Had to return the coat. I mean, why have a hood if you can't use it?
