these guys are durable, light, good poles. They have the rip-away straps too which are nice for touring and other safety reasons.

The tip on one of the poles broke off on my first season of use! Other than that, these are great looking poles and durable too so I was pretty disappointed when the tip broke so now they don't plant well on ice or hard snow...

Great poles, the metal on the bottom is a great touch to prevent scratching to the carbon fiber which can lead to fatigue cracking. nice and light, perfect amount of flex. The only thing the pole wouldn't hold up to was my friend doing a full speed hockey stop on one, snap.
